Preparation time
Ready items ship within [number] working days. Custom products (made-to-order sofas, bedrooms, curtains, doors) need the production time shown on each product page, counted from approval of sizes and the deposit.
Installation

- Please prepare the site: a suitable access route, removal of old pieces and electricity where required.
- The installation appointment is arranged with you by phone.
Receiving your order
- An adult must be present to receive, inspect and sign.
